What owners run with it

One place for the work of a PG or hostel, from the first enquiry to the monthly receipt. Each business gets its own address for its team and its own website for visitors.

  • Floors, rooms and beds

    Set up each building once. Every bed shows whether it is taken, who is leaving and the day it is free again.

  • Residents and stays

    Add a resident to a bed in one step, with rent, deposit and billing date. Monthly and day-wise stays, notice to vacate and extensions.

  • Rent bills and receipts

    Bills are raised on each resident's billing date. Payments, balances and receipts stay with the resident, ready for the month-end report.

  • A website for every property

    Rooms, photos, 360° views, location and reviews the owner approves. Free beds update on the page by themselves, and no resident's name is ever shown.

  • A portal for residents

    Residents sign in on their PG's own website to see their bills, what they have paid, receipts and notices.

  • Monthly reports

    Rent raised, money collected, dues and occupancy for the month, as a PDF to share or a spreadsheet to work with.

WhatsApp messages Planned

We are building a way for each owner to connect their own WhatsApp Business account, so rent reminders and replies to enquiries go out from the owner's own number. It is not available yet. When it is, every business will reach only its own account and its own conversations.

One business never sees another's data

  • Its own addressEach business has its own sign-in address. An owner's or a resident's account works there and nowhere else.
  • Two steps to sign inOwners and their staff sign in with a password and a 6-digit code sent to their email. Passwords are kept only as Argon2id hashes.
  • The owner decides who sees whatStaff can be limited to one branch. Website visitors see rooms and free beds, never residents' names, phones or bills.
  • Kept in IndiaData is stored on Amazon Web Services in its Hyderabad region and travels only over HTTPS. Read the details in our privacy policy.
